We would recommend Claude Steyn, for any Building renovation work to all our friends. From the outset when Claude came to give us a quote for our proposed home renovations and Kitchen renovation. When discussing the renovation and building alterations that we had planned, we were guided in the right direction, as well as given great advice with regard to the building materials, finishes and various options that we could pursue before starting the renovation to our home. My wife and I recently completed on a building project in Big Bay. Below is an indication of the rationale for embarking on the process and some factors which influenced our decision-making process; As we are a young family, security is of the utmost importance. Hence selecting a secured living estate was a priority. As a family we had specific needs and wants, which led us to the decision to build rather than buy an existing property, after looking at a number of available properties within the estate. Estate living presented to us an opportunity to create a protected environment within which to raise our children. We assessed the appreciation of property prices in the area over the preceding 2 years or so, and came to the conclusion that the current market environment, both to embark on the project and our ability to sell our existing property in Parklands, was favourable. We looked to develop a property with a developer/project manager who not only had experience in the area, but also had completed previous projects which we could evaluate from a quality perspective. Next we engaged in negotiations regarding the design and pricing of the project.
